Product Description
Aluminum alloy liquid cold plate designed exclusively for EV battery pack thermal management, processed by advanced continuous brazing and CNC milling technology. The surface is covered with a durable anti corrosion powder coating, which can withstand the complex working conditions of electric vehicles such as high temperature, humidity and vibration, while providing good insulation performance to ensure safe operation. Smooth internal flow channel ensures stable coolant circulation, low pressure drop and efficient heat dissipation, effectively controlling the temperature difference of EV battery pack modules to improve battery cycle life and performance. All specifications, including flow channel shape, mounting holes and surface coating color, can be customized according to customer drawings. Suitable for various electric vehicle models, including passenger EVs, commercial EVs and new energy logistics vehicles, with reliable quality and long service life.
